Celebrating Success and Gratitude with Howard Hanna | Rand Realty

It’s with immense gratitude and a deep sense of accomplishment that I share some exciting news! At the recent Howard Hanna | Rand Realty Annual Awards Gala, I was honored to receive an award for my sales volume, marking my fourth recognition in the past five years. This milestone is not just a personal achievement, but a testament to the trust and support of my incredible clients as they move to and from the Hudson Valley.

Receiving this award is a humbling reminder of all the hard work it takes to grow real estate into a true career. Since getting my license in 2017, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside, learn from, and grow with some of the best agents in the Hudson Valley. I’ve surrounded myself with like-minded agents who understand the dedication and commitment required to excel in the real estate industry, which has been nothing short of motivating and inspiring. Working alongside them reinforces my belief that success is built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals.

While sales volume is a metric of success, what truly matters to me is the connection I help my clients make to their new home and exceeding the goals my clients have for a sale.

At Stanaland Real Estate, our philosophy extends far “Beyond Square Footage.” We understand that a home is more than just a physical space; it’s a sanctuary, a place where memories are made and lives are shaped. My approach to real estate is holistic, recognizing the emotional and lifestyle considerations that accompany every transaction. It’s about understanding your unique needs, guiding you through the process with care, and ensuring that you find not just a house, but a home that resonates with your lifestyle.

This award reflects the trust my clients place in me to navigate one of life’s most significant decisions – where they live. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such wonderful individuals and families as they move to or from the Hudson Valley. This region, with its breathtaking landscapes and thriving communities, holds a special place in my heart, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of its growth and development.

This recognition is also a reflection of the unwavering support from the Howard Hanna | Rand Realty team. Their resources, expertise, and collaborative spirit have been instrumental in my journey. I am proud to be affiliated with a company that shares my commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

As I look ahead, I remain dedicated to providing exceptional service, fostering meaningful relationships, and upholding the values that define my business. I am excited to continue serving the Hudson Valley community, helping clients discover their true meaning of home.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey. Your support whenever you or someone you know is moving, and continued trust inspire me every day.
