There is something incredibly special about sitting at a closing table with someone who has known you since childhood. Last week, I had the honor of helping a lifelong friend navigate her latest move, and remarkably, it marked our third closing together.
Real estate is rarely a “straight line.” Between coordinating back-to-back closings and managing the inevitable chaos of real estate nuances, the process can get heavy. But through every logistical hurdle and high-stress moment, we managed to find the humor in the situation.
