Of Warwick’s five condo communities, Homestead Village is by far the largest. Built in the 1980s, there are just over 400 condo units within Homestead Village, making up about 80% of condos in Warwick. There are one, two, and three-bedroom options available within Homestead Village. Majority of the units have two levels, with some offering single-level living. Other major differences between units include attached garages (one and two car options available) and private back patios. All units were set up to have laundry in-unit, adding extra convenience to homeowners. Ample parking is available throughout the development with most residents parking right outside their building.
The development is beautifully landscaped, with most flora having reached its mature size adding to the nostalgia of the area. Residents enjoy the paved sidewalks throughout, connecting them to the multiple pools, sports courts, and playgrounds the community has to offer. Other HOA amenities include basic landscaping and snow removal.
Many residents make use of the easy access to Warwick’s Veteran’s Park, just across the street from the neighborhood. Homestead Village is both bikeable and walkable to the Historic Village of Warwick.
